She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Basile and Catherine Basile; her son Ralph D'Orazio; and her sister Rose. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis D'Orazio (Sandra) of Austintown, Michael D'Orazio (Sandra) of Cooper City, FL and David D'Orazio of Roanoke, VA; her sister Theresa Cua of Stone Mountain, GA.; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Christine, Thomas, Valerie and Emily.
