She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Tablack (Robert) of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Robert Tablack (Aileen) of Cleveland, Nikki Tablack of Pittsburgh and Joseph Tablack (Megan) of Youngstown; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Zandra, Rocky, Angelo and Dominic. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
