He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Evans and Geneva W. Evans (Cadman). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Hughes; and his children, Suann Holt of Elmore, OH, Thomas E. Evans of Canfield and Timothy Evans. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. Besides his parents and his wife.
