She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Earl and Louella Marie Johnson Fry; her husband Carl Bellatto; her children, David Bellatto and Carly Mullins; and her granddaughter Traci Bellatto.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Babik of Leetonia, Patricia Silsbe (Scott Brown) of Berlin Center and Tammy Bruno (Dan) of Youngstown; her sisters, Vicky, Mary, Jeanie, Cathy and Diane; her grandchildren, Raymond Babik (Amy), Bill Babik, Dan Babik, Toni Bellatto, Casey Bellatto and Sarah Littlepage; and her great grandchildren, Alexis Babik, Wyatt Babik, Blaine Babik, Rick Whorley, Lucas Whorley, Jessica Whorley, Brandon Babik, Larena Babik, Bruce Babik, Cameron Bellatto and Ahmya Mason.
