She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregory Buck and Mary Buck (Shero); her husband William J. Zadai; her siblings, Helen Melloy, Rosemary Grove, Grace Dillon, Frank Buck and William Buck; and her grandson Steven Zadai.
She is survived by: her children, Gary W. (Debbi) of Wheeling, James J. (Candy) of Moundsville, Robert F. Zadai of Vienna and Linda A. Cichon (James) of Downingstown; and her siblings, Jane Buck of Carrolltown, Marian Kirsch of Nicktown and Greg Buck of Wickliffe.
