She is survived by: her children, Christopher Kolaskos of California, Angela Blinsky (Ron) of Poland and Michelle Kolaskos of Austintown; her grandchildren, Jacob Vince, Ava, Aubrey, Ali and Evan Blinsky; and her brothers, Dennis Barnett of Austintown and Bill Barnett (Aimie) of Austintown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
