She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henik and Mary Klacik Henik; her sons, Edward Schultz and David Schultz; her granddaughter Chealsay Schultz; and her siblings, Mary Cheff, John, George, Michael, Joseph and Andrew Henik.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Boris (Robert) of Austintown; her grandchildren, Stacey Schultz, Michael Schultz (Maggie), Brooke Schultz, Kayla Schultz and Heather Schultz; her great grandchild Savanna Schultz; and her husband Edward Schultz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
