She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Pflugh and Hazel Stamm Pflugh; her son Glenn; her husband Gilbert L. Frank; her son Norman Frank; her siblings, Evelyn Pflugh Allgood, Janet Pflugh Teubert and Dean Pflugh; and her daughter-in-law Connie Frank.
She is survived by: her children, Dale K. Frank (Barbara) of Canfield and Elaine Polito (James) of Struthers; her grandchildren, Bridget Klughart (James), Patrick Frank, Miranda Polito and Angelica Polito; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Gracie, Chloe Klughart and Lennox Glenn Polito.
