She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Banner and Gertrude McMillen Banner; her former husband Raymond J. Massullo; her husband Armand J. D'Angelo; and her brothers, Charles Banner, Howard Banner, Carl Banner and Tom Banner.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Massullo (Michele), Linda Clark and Cindy Berry; her grandchildren, Sherry Montell (Mike), Jennifer Hoffman (Mark Stewart), Patrick Hoffman and Brenton Callihan; and her sister-in-law Jewel Bucci.
