She was predeceased by: her siblings, Charles Capehart (Carolyn), Charlene Smith (Victor), David Capehart and Lary Capehart (Rosie). She is survived by: her parents, Dale Capehart and Iris Jean Capehart (Walters); her husband John; her daughters, Barbara Kukla (Joe) of Boardman, Lora Miller of Toronto and Jeanne; her grandchildren, Jennifer Wilder (Eric) of Plain City, Angela Kukla (Shawn) of Uniontown and Alison Kukla (Preston Reilly) of Norfork, VA; and her great grandchildren, Sadie, Hudson Wilder, Julia and Jacob Kukla.
Boardman: "On Monday morning, September 17, 2018, our beautiful Donna peacefully passed away at her home. Her journey with Alzheimer's was over." She was surrounded by her loving husband and two of her daughters, and feeling the touch of their hands upon her, she entered her new home in heaven.
