He is survived by: his wife Dr. Catherine Molloy DeCarlo; his sons, Jonathan David DeCarlo (Chelsea Cook) of Gaithersburg, MD and Andrew DeCarlo of Columbus, Ohio; his grandchildren, Owen and Aislinn DeCarlo; and his brother James DeCarlo (Bonnie) of Sebring.
