He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O'Hara and Agnes May O'Hara; and his siblings, Jackie, James, Edward O'Hara, Ruth McKenna, Darlene Rafferty, Dorothy McGuire, Eileen Mack, Blanche Stuckey and Mary Agnes Collins.
He is survived by: his nephews, William Rafferty and Kevin (Lisa). He is also survived by several great nieces, and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
