He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Don; his wife Anna M. Olejar; his parents, Florian Vendell and Katharine Cecilia Komara (Bajtoṧ); and his children, Beth Ann (Jack Curtis), Donald Florian (Karen Parker) and Kirsten (Jim Rosacker). He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
