He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Kushner and Maxine Morlan Kushner; and his siblings, Maxine LeRoy (Bill) and Dennis Kushner. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Priscaro; his sons, Vincent Kushner (Barbie Dull) of New Middletown, Michael Kushner (Mary) of Poland and Randall Kushner (Sarah Kelty) of Poland; his sister Holly Kushner of Poland; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Kushner of New Middletown; and his grandchildren, Kara, Mikey, Kevin, Tommy, Ashlynn, Kristina, Jackson, Dylan, Chase, Cori and Caleb.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association.
