She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Hamracek and Mary Bandzura Hamracek; her husbands, Andy and Andrew Kolar; and her siblings, Mary Ann Hamracek and Michael Hamracek.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Marge Addesso. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
