He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Frank" Kostelnik and Anna Katona Kostelnik. He is survived by: his sisters, Devera Styers (Les) of Canfield, Charlotte Adduci of Boardman and Rene O'Donnel (Thomas) of Berlin Center; and his close friend Jill DeGanova of Struthers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
