He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Nicholas Godoy and Delfina Maldonado; and his brother Efrain Godoy. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Godoy (Hernandez); his children, Dennis Brian Godoy and Leslie Rivera (Joey); his grandchildren, Jayden Rivera, Laila Rivera, Dante Godoy and Devin Godoy; and his siblings, Ivan Godoy, Fermin Maldonado, Daisy Wilcox and Miriam Sigurani. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
