She was predeceased by: her brother David. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Edward Thomas Jr. of Youngstown, Shanika McCullough (Kelvin) of Youngstown and Tierra Neely of Youngstown; her parent Annie McCullough of Youngstown; her grandchildren, Tanasyah, Walter Jr., Fernado, Nyla, Nyzheir, Shemar, Da'Lya, Da'Rii and Serenity; and her godchildren, Lebron and Brayasha. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
