She was predeceased by: her parents, John Urichko and Edith C. Ague Urichko; her husband Charles J. Mellott, Jr.; and her sister Edith Morrissey. She is survived by: her children, Delilah M. Heffner (James) of New Middletown, Charles Mellott of New Middletown and William Mellott (April) of New Middletown; her brother John Urichko of Poland; and her grandchildren, Cheyenne, Cherokee, Savanna and Hunter.
