She was predeceased by: her nephew Brett Simpson; and her parents-in-law, Fred and Carol Reali. She is survived by: her parents, Russell Lubinsky and Dorothy Nelson Lubinsky of Austintown; her husband Fred Reali; her children, Shiann of Poland, Gianna, Savanna and Ty Reali of Canfield; and her siblings, Lori Sivek of Hudson, Wisconsin and David Lubinsky (Jenny) of Canton.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that material tributes take the form of donations to Cardiac Mooney High School Scholarship Fund in memory of Debra, 2545 Erie Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.
