He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Penezich and Anna Stanko Penezich; his former wife Besides; his son Kenneth Randall McIntire; his son-in-law Richard Evans; and his brother Frank Penezich.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Davenport Penezich; and his children, Jean Ellen Evans of Youngstown, Nancy Caroline (Tim) of Mineral Ridge and David T. Jr. Penezich (Shirley) of Salem. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many extended family.
