He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Hlebovy and Josephine Hlebovy (Necko). He is survived by: his brothers, Ken Hlebovy (Julie) of Youngstown and Jim Hlebovy (Renee) of Austintown; his nieces, Stephanie Hlebovy and Gianna Hlebovy; and his friends, Mike, Denise Galterio, Carl, Ron Galterio and Bruce Franken. He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
