Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home Inc. (1951 McGuffey Rd, Youngstown, OH 44505). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
