He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Bobovnyik and Katherine Bobovnyik (Kuzma); his siblings, Stephen, Sylvester, Leo, Robert, Rosemary, Josephine Cianciola and Margaret DelBane; and his son-in-law Joseph DeMatteo.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Bobovnyik (Snyder); his children, Vicki Mincey (Daryl), Denise Bobovnyik (Chris Knight), David Bobovnyik (Lisa), Debbie DeMatteo (Rich Bionci), Doug Bobovnyik (Lonnie), Danny Bobovnyik (Cheryl) and Diana Perez (Victor); his grandchildren, Maribeth, Katie, Maggie, Jamie, Brittany, Brooke, Bridget, Joe, Anthony, Dominic, Alaina, Olivia, Manny and Ava; and his great grandchildren, Harper and Felipe.
