He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest H. Bevan and Dorothy L. Hetrick Bevan; and his sisters, Sandra L. Chapman, Ruth Ann Connor and Susan Kaufman.
He is survived by: his brothers, Ernest H. Bevan, III of New Middletown and William S. Bevan (Suzan) of Lehigh Acres; and his significant other Rose A. LoFaro of Youngstown.
