We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2022, at the age of 89, Dallas I. Hess (Youngstown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Mutter and Bessie Mutter (Jackson); her husband Herbert C. Hess; and her siblings, Wanda Padgett, William, Ferrell, Carlos and Jesse Mutter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Hess (Michael) and Phyllis Roberts (David); her grandchildren, Amy Huffman (Joe), Richard W. Nelson III, Claire Taylor, Jessica Taylor, Matthew Roberts (Madeline) and Gina Roberts; and her sisters, Fern Duecaster, Olga Davis and Lydia Coleman. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
