She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald "Ron" Rocco Berardino; and her brother Thomas J. "Tommy" Simon. She is survived by: her sons, Nicholas Berardino (Carolyn) of Canfield and Chirstopher Berardino of Canfield; her stepson Ron Berardino (Sabrina) of Boardman; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Luke, Aviana, Gemma, Rocco, Gianna and Zachary; and her siblings, Yvonne Blegen (Doug), Robert Simon, Denise Gorman (Tom), Joseph A. Simon (Joanne) and David T. (Jenny). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, material contributions may be made in Connie's name to Praise Assembly of God in Niles.
