Donaldson Jr. and Cole Donaldson; his nephew Ryker Donaldson; his niece Oakley Donaldson; his uncle Troy Donaldson (Billina); his cousins, Kinnison Fulton, Cooper Donaldson and Caden Donaldson; and his pets, Cleo and Kenai.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be sent to the family to establish a trust for Cody's daughter Avery.
