He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Monroe and Luella McKay Powell, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Chip Powell of Canfield, Craig Powell of Youngstown and Jamie Campisi (Sammy) of Maui, Hawaii; and his girlfriend Lorene Unick of Canfield. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
