He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Howley and Anna T. Stein Howley; and his sister Dolores Oslavic. He is survived by: his sons, Clement Jr., Brian, Jeffrey, Earl, John, Doug and Wayne; and his siblings, Francis Howley (Nancy), Paul Howley (Pam), Pat Rothwell and Celia Gress (Paul).
