He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Howard Kitchen Sr. and Lela Watlow Brown; his wife Janice Kitchen; his children, William Henry Kitchen Murrell, Terry Kitchen and Betty Mitchell; and his brothers, John Sonny McHellon and Arnold James McHellon.
He is survived by: his children, Clarence H. Kitchen III (Nellie) of Youngstown, Oscar Kitchen (Leijuan) of Warren, Vernon Hollis (Daralyn) of Akron, Jermaine Kitchen of Cleveland, Lela Williams (Dennis) of Atlanta, GA and Carmen Hollis of Columbus. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
