He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Staten Harris of Montgomery Village, MD.; his children, Tahnee Harris-Hall and Carlos L. Harris; his niece Katherine M. Harris; and his siblings, George H. Harris Jr. (Katrina) and Regina V. Green (Peter). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
