He is survived by: his wife Mae Ella Carter; his children, Glenda R. Porter of Tulsa, OK, Shea D. Johnson (Rashan) of Atlanta, GA and Charlie Jones, Jr. (Nichelle) of Waldorf, MD; his grandchildren, Kenyari, Kym and Kayla; and his sisters, Carolyn Harris (Jesse) of Youngstown and Arlena Lofton (Nathaniel) of Youngstown.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home Inc. (1951 McGuffey Rd, Youngstown, OH 44505). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
