He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Sr. Carlisle and Ruby Seal Carlisle; his wife Felicia Cottrell Carlisle; his daughter Carlina Joy Carlisle; his siblings, Lenora Watkins, Stella McCaskill and Earl Q. of Washington; his brother-in-law Ray Murray; and his close friend Eric Gordon.
He is survived by: his son Charlie III Carlisle (Nichole) of Boardman; his stepchildren, Robert Reynolds of Detroit, MI and Felicia Elliot of Georgia; his siblings, Theoline Murray of Detroit, Julia Mae Amos of Alabama, Lemuel Carlisle of Cleveland and Lemar Sr. Carlisle (Diane) of Youngstown; and his close friends, Mark Elliott and Glenn Burch. He is also survived by one grandchild and four great-grandchildren.
