We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Charles Bolchalk (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Hubbard, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Edward, Frederick and Donald. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Bolchalk and Anna Bolchalk (Slifko); his wife Flo; his children, James Bolchalk (Diane) of Boardman and Martha Gottlieb (Steven) of Ponce Inlet, FL; his grandchildren, Jefferey Bolchalk (Rebecca), Elissa Alexander (Eric) and Jason Bolchalk (Ana); his great grandchildren, Quinn, Andrew, Genevieve, Logan, Jackson, Hunter, Karston and Jillian; and his siblings, Albert (Susan) of Masury and Rozanne Tennyson of Massachusetts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The Bolchalk family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to either Our Lady of Sorrows Church or to MVI Hospice.
