Jenkins, Linda Tillery, Carol Jean Smith and Patricia Elaine Meadows; his wife Versie Frazier; and his siblings, Clyde W. Frazier and Mary V. Buggs-Wainwright. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
