She was predeceased by: her parents, David Clayton and Minnie Mitchell Clayton; and her husband Jack Mulichak. She is survived by: her sons, John "JD" Mulichak (Jeannie Herdman) of Boardman and Thom Mulichak (Wendy) of Huntington Beach, CA; her grandchildren, Jack Mulichak (Thea Hischak) of Columbus, Jessie Costas (James LaSalandra) of Boardman and Jamie Mulichak Heidrich (Mitchell) of Fort Mitchell, KY; her great grandchildren, Gabbi, Gia Costas of Boardman, Xavier, Rowan Mulichak of Columbus and Quinn Heidrich of Fort Mitchell, KY.; her niece Sally Kloes (Don); her son Steve Mulichak; her brothers, David and Donald Clayton; her sisters-in-law, Gail Shull Clayton and Nancy Zelina Williams; her parents-in-law, Mary and John Mulichak; her brother Robert; and her sister-in-law Elaine Mulichak.
