She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Huzicka; and her siblings, Frank Hernan, James Hernan, Susan Craig, William Hernan, Mary Johnson and Florence Shaffo.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Hernan; her children, Michele Merritt (Kelly), Sherri Donald (Matthew), Jeff Huzicka and Greg Huzicka (Amy); and her grandchildren, Kevin Merritt, Vincent Huzicka, Madison Donald, Nicole Merritt, Alexander Huzicka, Brianna Donald, Connor Huzicka, Lucas Huzicka, Joshua Donald, Owen Huzicka and Brady Huzicka. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
