She is survived by: her parent Justina Rivera-Otero; her children, Virginia Suarez of New York, Sarah Suarez of New York, Nitza Camacho of Youngstown, Carlos Suarez of Cleveland, OH, Jesus Suarez of New York, Angel Suarez of New York and Hector Camacho of New York; and her siblings, Rosa Piñero of New York, Angel Piñero and Juan Piñero. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
