He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Arthur Stevens Sr. and Edna Alexander Stevens-Hamlette; his siblings, Brenda Johnson, Arthur Lamont, Ronald Alan and Ricky Lyn; and his nephew Edward LaRon.
He is survived by: his children, Carlton Stevens Jr. of Cincinnati, OH, Craig Stevens of Youngstown and Carla Stevens of Youngstown; his siblings, Cornelius Stevens of Campbell, OH, Nalungo Aduma (Ode) and Jewel Stevens-Mason (Frank) of Youngstown; his stepsister Tawina Ragland; his grandchild Aniya Stevens of Cleveland, OH.; and his godchildren, LaTasha Smith, William Teague (Mister), Autumn, April, LaBrittany and Liz of Warren, OH.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
