He was predeceased by: his parent Carl; and his sisters, Mary Brajkovitch and Marge Shiminsky. He is survived by: his wife Dolores T. Simeone; his children, Gary A. Testa (Susan) of Boardman, Gail M. Sams (Tim) of Youngstown and Diana L. Testa; and his grandson Jeremy P. Sams. He is also survived by husband, father, and grandfather and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
