He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Joseph and Josephine Stein Pesa; his wife Carmela; his daughter Delores Monosky; and his siblings, Joanne Gagliardo, Anthony Pesa and Patrick Pesa.
He is survived by: his sons, Peter Pesa (Lynn) of Lake Milton, Anthony J. Pesa of Niles, Carl Pesa Jr. (Sheila) of Youngstown, Dominic Pesa of Youngstown and Jeffrey Pesa (Christina) of Niles; and his siblings, Johnnie Pesa (Edie), Joseph Pesa (Denise), Thomas Pesa (Chrissy), Paul Pesa (Shirley), Michael Pesa, Phyllis Henderson, Janie Dickerson (Stan), Pauline Rich and Mary Barber. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter.
