He is survived by: his parents, Dirk Silvis and Sandra Victor Silvis; his significant other Wendy Hewlett Kitchen; his stepfather David Mufich of Illinois; his brother Dustin Allen (Sabrina) of Girard; his nephews, Dustin, Corban and Keaton; his niece Fiona; and his grandparents, Edward, Anna Victor, Wayne, Carol Silvis and Brandon.
