She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Skurich and Josephine Skurich (Jakubek); her husband Richard A. Zetts; and her brother-in-law W. Clark Avery. She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon Zetts of Poland, OH, Erin Moore (Scott) of Dublin, OH and Lauren Zetts (Thomas Fletcher) of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Cameron Moore, Charlotte Moore, Josephine Fletcher and Eloise Fletcher; her siblings, Michael Skurich (Monica) and Joann Avery; her pets, Mac and Bunsen; and her niece Tammy Avery. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
In remembrance of Bev's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center for the love and care they showed her.
