She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Jasper and Nora Mae Berger Davis; her husband JOhn Stanford; her grandparents, William Henry and Willie Mae Patterson Berger; and her brother Bobby Davis.
She is survived by: her son Marcus L. Stanford of Newport News; her grandchildren, Courtney of Newport News, Jamir Stanford of Newport News and Ashley Butler of Williamsburg; and her siblings, Jasper Davis Jr of Youngstown, Donald Davis (Francetta) of Youngstown, David Davis (Margarita) of Youngstown, Christine Davis Johnson of Bryans, MD and Diane Hall (Keith) of Youngstown. She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
