She is survived by: her sons, Sandy J. Perkins III (Karen) of Youngstown and Charles E. Perkins of Youngstown; her great grandchildren, Carol Hewlett and Margie Brooks; and her pets, Peaches and Pickles. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
