He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Willoughby (Vaughan); his children, Jennifer S. Caroline (Steve) of Hanoverton, Melissa J. Scheiderer (Brian) of Kallamazoo, MI, Sara K. Harkleroad (Jason) of Salem, Amy A. McKnight (Trenton) of Stow, Bernard C. "Bernie" Willoughby (Sally) of Medina and Paul K. Willoughby (Melanie) of Leetonia; his grandchildren, Caitlin Jackson (Michael), Michael Caroline, Sierra Willoughby, Lauren Rupp, Jacklyn Willoughby, Alexis Willoughby, Ava Willoughby, Ben Scheiderer, Jon Scheiderer, Delaney Willoughby, Drake Harkleroad, Wiley McKnight and Emmit Harkleroad; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Samuel, Nora Jo, Willow, West and Robert; his brother Charles W. Willoughby (Ramona) of Petersburg; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Pyne (Carol) of Liberty, Donald Cunningham, Palestine and James Smith of Liberty.
