Thomas (John) of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, ShaTille Bailey of Columbus, OH, Briana R., Bernard W. 3rd, Samari S. and Taylor Elizabeth Ivy of Winter Haven, FL; his sisters, Dr. Lundeana M. Thomas (Winston) of Youngstown, OH and Glenda Williams of Cleveland, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Sheri D. Myrick of Lakeland, FL, Dr. Saul Ivy, Jr. (Crystal), Scott D. Ivy (Sonya) of Riverview, FL, David L. Ivy (Deborah) of Lutz, FL, Jimmie L. Johnson (Judy) of North Hampton, NY and Kenneth Madison (Jan) of New Brighton, PA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
