She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. Nile D. and Frances Blackmer (Carson); her son Robert Nile Williams of Youngstown; her husband Harry Williams; and her sisters, Frances Florene Van Meter and Betty Ludwig. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
