She was predeceased by: her parents, Israel Alfred and Alice Wilson Horton; and her sister Debra Spragling The. She is survived by: her husband Clement Evans Sr of Youngstown, OH; her children, Nicole Evans of Youngstown, Selina Evans (Kenneth Russell) of Youngstown, Craig Evans of Youngstown and Jerome Evans (Khadijah Robinson) of Youngstown; and her siblings, Dorothy Horton of Youngstown and Alfred Horton Jr. of Colorado Springs. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren 3 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
